All of us here at Audiotool are very happy with the way that the competition went in regards to how many of our users took part and how many great remixes were uploaded in such a short amount of time.

The competition was geared around finding two winners, one from Audiotool and another to be chosen by John Gold at BeatCanteen with the two winning remixes being included on the release of BeatCanteen’s AFTERGLOW EP.

Deciding who was going to be the winner out of all of the Audiotool remixes was not easy and involved much arguing but in the end there can be only one so without further ado, the winner is…

rnzr!!!!!!!!!

rnzr’s remix was ultimately chosen firstly because of the innovative way he worked with Audiotool to remix AFTERGLOW but secondly because of the unique, identifiable sound he added while still maintaining the overall feel of the track.

Again it was a very close race with lots of users coming very close to winning. Thanks a lot to all who took part and thanks for making our first remix competition such a success!
